Welcome to IOparteciPA, the private messaging application that helps users organize and send communications about urban issues using publicly available email addresses.


IMPORTANT: IOparteciPA is a private and independent service that does NOT represent, is NOT affiliated with, and is NOT authorized by any government entity or public administration.


We invite you to carefully read the following Terms and Conditions of use, which govern access to and use of the app and website www.iopartecipa.it.

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the IOparteciPA application (www.iopartecipa.it) and associated mobile app, provided by:

By using the IOparteciPA website and app, the user fully accepts these Terms. If you do not intend to accept them, please do not use the service.

 

1. Service Description

IOparteciPA is a private messaging application that allows users to:

  • Organize and create messages about urban issues

  • Send private communications via email to publicly available addresses

  • Personally archive created messages

Technical Operation:

  • Users create messages within the app

  • Messages are sent via email to public addresses obtained from public sources

  • The service acts as a tool for organizing and sending private communications

Service Limitations:

  • IOparteciPA does NOT guarantee reading or response to sent messages

  • IOparteciPA does NOT control communication recipients

  • IOparteciPA does NOT have integration with official or government systems

2. Permitted Use

The user agrees to:

  • Use the application lawfully and responsibly

  • Not send defamatory, offensive, discriminatory, false, or illegal content

  • Not use the application for spam, fraud, or harm to third parties

  • Not compromise the security, integrity, or availability of the service

  • Understand that they are sending private communications without guarantees of response

 

3. User-Submitted Content

All content (text, images, geolocation) sent through the application must be:

  • Appropriate for private communications

  • Not harmful to third-party rights (privacy, image, intellectual property)

  • Compliant with Italian and European law

 

The user remains the owner of submitted content but grants B Solutions Technology S.r.l. Società Benefit a free, non-exclusive, and irrevocable license for purposes related to service operation (sending, archiving, aggregate statistical processing).

4. Limitations of Liability

B Solutions Technology S.r.l. Società Benefit:

  • Does NOT guarantee that messages will be read or receive responses

  • Does NOT assume responsibility for the actions of communication recipients

  • Is NOT responsible for any damages arising from improper use of the application

  • Does NOT control how recipients handle received communications

The application is provided "as is," without implicit or explicit guarantees of availability, continuity, or fitness for a particular purpose.

 

Users understand that:

They are sending private communications to public email addresses
No guarantee of action or response exists
The service only facilitates sending private messages

5. Service Access and Availability

Access to the application is free. Access and use may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, technical updates, or force majeure.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, without obligation to provide notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, source code, and application design are the exclusive property of B Solutions Technology S.r.l. Società Benefit or licensed.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited, except with written consent.

These Terms are governed by Italian law and, where compatible, European Union law.
For any dispute, the Court of Savona (Italy) shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except for different consumer agreements.
