IOparteciPA was born from the belief that a thriving city is not made of infrastructure alone, but of people who observe, take part, and care for their communities.
In recent years, the relationship between citizens and public institutions has gradually weakened: reports have become scattered, participation has declined, and trust has eroded.
IOparteciPA was created to rebuild that relationship, by using technology and Artificial Intelligence in a responsible, transparent way — always oriented toward the common good.
A Clear Stance on Artificial Intelligence
Artificial Intelligence offers a great opportunity to improve public services. But it also represents a delicate transition.
That’s why IOparteciPA has made a clear choice:
AI must not replace the citizen,
but create the conditions for more informed and effective participation.
In our model:
