Yes. IOparteciPA is and will always remain free of charge for all citizens.
We believe that civic participation and care for the local area must be accessible to everyone, without costs or barriers to entry.
For this reason, the app can be used freely by citizens to submit reports, follow updates, and collaborate constructively with their Municipality.
IOparteciPA is designed as a digital public service at the service of the community.
With IOparteciPA, you can report issues and service disruptions concerning public spaces and the local area, making a concrete contribution to its care. In general, you can report situations such as:
• potholes and road damage;
• malfunctioning public lighting;
• abandoned waste or full bins;
• issues in public green spaces;
• damaged signage;
• situations of risk or neglect in common areas.
The report takes only a few seconds, with photos and location detected automatically to help the Municipality understand the problem immediately.
Examples of the most common reports:
• Abandoned waste: Full bins, misplaced bags, bulky items left on the street.
• Malfunctions and damage: Streetlights out, faulty traffic lights, broken fountains, damaged public areas.
• Damaged roads and sidewalks: Potholes, cracks, uneven sidewalks, ruined asphalt.
• Dangerous situations: Dangerous trees, landslides, unstable walls, or other safety risks.

IOparteciPA adopts a flexible and sustainable cost model, designed for the organizational and budgetary needs of Public Administrations.
Adoption can begin with a pilot project, without long-term commitments, to allow the Municipality to test the service, evaluate its operational impact, and measure its benefits before any potential extension.
Costs depend on factors such as:
• the size of the Municipality;
• the scope of the service;
• the number of offices involved;
• any integrations or additional features.
For this reason, there is no single price, but rather a modular model adaptable to different local contexts.
To learn more and evaluate the most suitable solution for your Entity, it is possible to request a no-obligation demo.
No. IOparteciPA is designed to be activated quickly and without impacting the Municipality's existing information systems.
The pilot project can be launched in a very short time and does not require local installations, as the platform operates in the cloud.
No complex integrations or specialized technical skills are required from the offices. Usage is immediate and designed for municipal staff, featuring a simple interface and clear operational workflows.
During the startup and trial phase, our team provides dedicated support to guide the Municipality through every stage.
This allows the service to be tested with a minimum investment of time and resources before any structural decisions are made.
