Types of reports managed by IOparteciPA
IOparteciPA allows you to report issues and service disruptions affecting public spaces and the local territory, helping the Municipality intervene in a more effective and orderly way.
Reports are intended to bring concrete situations of deterioration, malfunction or risk to the attention of the Administration, providing clear information through photos and geographic location.
This is not a tool for generic complaints or private matters, but a civic channel dedicated to the care of shared public assets.
What types of issues can be reported
Below are some examples of the main reporting categories.
Abandoned waste and urban cleanliness
You can report situations such as:

Malfunctions and damage to public infrastructure
For example:
