IOparteciPA allows you to report issues and service disruptions affecting public spaces and the local territory, helping the Municipality intervene in a more effective and orderly way.

Reports are intended to bring concrete situations of deterioration, malfunction or risk to the attention of the Administration, providing clear information through photos and geographic location.

This is not a tool for generic complaints or private matters, but a civic channel dedicated to the care of shared public assets.

What types of issues can be reported

Below are some examples of the main reporting categories.
 

Abandoned waste and urban cleanliness

You can report situations such as:

• full or damaged waste containers,

• abandoned garbage bags,

• bulky waste left on the street,

• dirty or degraded public areas.

 

Malfunctions and damage to public infrastructure

For example:

• streetlights that are off or not working,

• malfunctioning traffic lights,

• broken public fountains,

• damaged street furniture.

 

Damaged roads and pavements

You can report:

• potholes,

• damaged road surfaces,

• uneven pavements,

• dangerous kerbs or paving.

 

Hazardous situations

In the presence of risks to public safety, such as:

• unstable or leaning trees,

• landslides or ground movements,

• unstable walls,

• other elements that may cause damage or accidents.

If the issue does not fall into a specific category, you can select “Other” in the app and describe the situation.
Each report is in any case forwarded to the competent Municipality.
